Ideal for electrical troubleshooting, the EX300 series of Digital Multimeters from Extech Instruments includes two meters in one easy-read, conveniently-sized device: a fully-featured digital multimeter and a non-contact voltage (NCV) detector. The EX330 measures DC/AC voltage to 600 volts with a 0.5 percent basic accuracy, along with DC/AC current to 10 amps. This feature-rich digital multimeter measures resistance performs diode testing and continuity testing, has an easy-read LED display, an audible beeper and red LED indicator and a low battery indicator.
Featuring a big digit 4000-count display, the auto-ranging EX330 offers 12 total functions, including frequency, duty cycle, capacitance, and temperature. A built-in thermometer with a Type K probe can switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius readings.
AC Voltage Detector
The built-in, non-contact AC Voltage Detector uses a combination of audible beeper and red LED indicator lights to alert you to the presence of voltage when placed near live wires, outlets, switches and more.
Large One-Inch Digits
The EX330’s 2000-count LED display features large 1-inch digits for easy reading even in dark or dimly-lit testing environments
The convenient auto-ranging operation allows you to select the right measurement range when working on a variety of components, from small electronics to main electrical sources.
Max Hold & Data Hold
The Max Hold function allows you to capture the multimeter’s highest reading. The display will update each time a higher reading is reached.
The Data Hold function allows you to freeze the current display so you can review and take notes on your current reading.
Auto Power Off
The Auto Power Off function powers down your multimeter after 15 minutes of inactivity to help conserve battery life.
Type K Temperature
The EX330 comes with a built-in thermometer and Type K bead wire probe for temperature measurements. Temperature measurements can be displayed in either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
Capacitance & Frequency
The capacitance option allows you to charge a capacitor with a known current and measure the resulting voltage when performing electrical troubleshooting.
The EX330 measures frequency between 0.001Hz to 10MHz for quick and easy diagnostics when testing circuits.
The relative measurement mode makes measurements relative to a stored reference value so you can compare one stored value with another.
